For now, we got Sara to settle for a betta (and she had to have a girl even though I told her they are not as pretty) instead of a guniea pig (?spelling). Andrew has had blue bettas before so he got one for the heck of it.

We can't have fish...I remember someone getting Morgan a fish or two for her birthday when she was about 2 or 3...they lived a day or two. I mean, really! I barely can keep plants alive, much less a fish. Good luck with them! By the way, I can't believe it's been almost a year since I last saw y'all. I miss you all so much and Mom misses y'all too. I think she misses calling up to the school and talking to you :)
